Festival Dates: Saturday through Sunday, August 14-15, 2010 Hours: Sat 9 am to 10 pm, with Celtic Music Extravaganza in the evening, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm   Festival Location: Highlands Heritage Park, 9651 S.
